The Company is promoted by Mr. Surendra Kumar Sethi, Mr. Varij Sethi and the foreign collaborators S. B. & T. Gem Imports Inc. Houston, USA.
Mr. Surendra Kumar Sethi, aged 69 years B.A., LL.B., the Chairman & Joint Managing Director of the Company is one of the Promoters of the Company and has over 40 years experience. He has been instrumental in the formation and day-to-day operations of the Company.
Mr. Varij Sethi, aged 43, the Managing Director of the Company, a graduate in Commerce, gained first hand knowledge and experience of the international jewellery business at S. B. & T. Gem Imports Inc. USA from 1985 to 1988. He along with his father Mr. S. K. Sethi is one of the promoters of the Company.

SB&T Gem Imports Inc was promoted by Mr. Virendra Kumar Sethi alongwith his brother Mr. Nalin Sethi and Mr. Leeland R. Bertillion. The collaborators provide important feedback on market trends, new designs and pricing.

Aged 43, a graduate in commerce, gained first hand knowledge and experience of the international jewellery business from the foreign collaborators in USA from 1985 to 1988. He is responsible for over all management of the Company.
v v Mr. Vivek Tharaney
Aged 37, a graduate in commerce, has been in the employment of the Company since 1991 and has over the years gained immense experience in jewellery manufacturing. As Whole-time Director (Production) he is responsible for the production of the Company.
v v Mr. Martin Feinstein
Aged 65, is a Non Executive Director. His area of expertise is marketing in the U.S.
v v Mr. Ravi Khubchandani
Aged 43, is a Non Executive Director. His specialisation in Project Management, International Trade, Logistics and Finance.
v v Mr. Sunil Barjatiya
Aged 52 years a Non-Executive Director, is a graduate in Commerce. His specialisation is in Finance Field
